Are Avon,Amway and Herbalife going the way of Dinosaur?

When you see these three companies we immediately think of network marketing giants.Well these enterprises are part of the six largest direct selling companies in the world.However they soon will become dinosaurs.Why is that?

Herbalife has 5 % of the weight loss industry and are worth .3 Billion.Amway includes Nutrilite which covers under 1% of the nutritional industry as well as Artistry cosmetics and skincare products.Amway ,which has loyalty inducing household products, is worth .4 Billion.
Avon which is the oldest network marketing company has at least 3% of the entire worldwide sales in the cosmetics industry and today its worldwide corporate revenue is .3 Billion.

Avon and Amway are the oldest companies in the network marketing industry.When they started there was no fax, videos, dvd’s, cd’s, mp3 players, computers or internet access. Avon first started over 100 years in 1886 and more than 50 years ago Amway began in 1959.Herbalife has existed since 1980. However, a problem exists with these companies although they have an unlimited width they do have a limited depth.You can only earn to a certain point and then you will find that someone cuts you off it they at the same or higher level then what you are.

Today there are new companies that are just devouring people from these companies.Why? These companies have a binary compensation plan, so they have a limited width, however, they have an unlimited depth. You can earn from people that come from thousands of levels in depth. To be honest I struggled for years in growing an Amway business and I have many friends who were with other Avon and Herbalife.Today everything has changed for us.

One question, select one of the following to do during a holiday 1)Take a multi-vitamin 2) Drink a fruit juice or shake 3) use some cosmetic or jewelery 4) Go on a vacation.Chances are you really want to go holiday. Now you understand why I do not want to sell drinks, lotions, creams, or multivitamins.

If you ask people that joined network marketing companies why did they join? They will tell you that they want to make more money, get more time so that they can travel.It does not take a rocket scientis to conclude that it makes sense to be a part of the travel industry. You have probably noticed that more hotels and airports are built today than ever before.This is a result of the baby boomers that are retiring at a rate of 10,000 per day. They have already bought houses and cars so what do you think they want to spend their golden years doing? Travel right!

Most network marketing companies sell some kind of supplement and are part of the 262 billion US dollars nutritional industry. The company that my friends and I are in, is the $ 8,000,000,000,000 (8 Trillion) Travel Industry.We are in a travel company called Worldventures, which is also the number one travel company in the network marketing industry. They are currently ranked 93 among the top 100 direct selling companies. They are also rated 18 among the top 100 network marketing companies on the Internet according to Alexa.If WV gets only 3% of the travel industry it would be worth $ 240 billion. If it captures 0.125% of the travel industry it would become the largest network marketing in the world.

Based on this information you can understand why someone like me who first failed in network marketing has now become a success, since being a part of the best industry in the world.
